Who we are

Trooba provides Trooba Flow, Factory Flow Intelligence software for manufacturers. This notice covers the trooba.com website and the Flow Analysis request process.

What we collect

What you send us. The name, work email, company, role and description you enter in the Flow Analysis form, and anything you send us by email afterwards.

Factory data. If you go ahead with a Flow Analysis, the routing, resource, demand and operational data you choose to share with us for that purpose.

Website usage. Aggregate information about how pages are used. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not build profiles of visitors.

What we use it for

Replying to your request, building and discussing your model, and running the engagement you asked for. Nothing else.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Your factory data

Data you send for a Flow Analysis is used to build your model and for no other purpose. It is not used to train models, it is not shared with other customers, and it is not published in any identifiable form without your written agreement.

We keep it for as long as the engagement is live, and delete it on request.

Who processes it

We use standard third-party services for email, file storage, form handling and website analytics. Each processes data only on our instructions and only to deliver that service.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop using it. Write to flow@trooba.com and we will respond.

If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data-protection rights, those rights apply in full and this notice does not limit them.

Cookies

The website uses only what is needed to serve pages and understand aggregate usage. It does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, the date above changes and the previous version is available on request.
